Could anyone tell me which breed of dogs do not lose their hair. I know of Yorkshire Terriers and Poodles but would be gratefule if anyone could tell me of any others.

Mexican hairless - but they're dead funny looking ( no offence to any fanciers - Norm cringes thinking foot has gone in again ! ).....lots of the wire coated breeds don't drop hair profusely, although my wire dax drops it when he's had a bath ( as I can vouch for this morning - red hair all over my black top ).....so wire pointers, wire daxies, schnauzers, will drop hair significantly less compared to other breeds....then there's the curly coated retreiver, cheasapeake retreiver, ...depends what sort of dog you want really.........if you're worried about the mayhem and mess dogs cause.....as a houseproud dog owner....my advice would be get a fish ! I tell the dogs daily they are getting traded in for a budgie just as soon as I go to the pet store next time ...... they just gaze at me, wag their tails and shake another full Dyson of hair all over the place !..........

Oh jeez norm! the mess budgies make is staggering. Also birds have a dust on their feathers which some people get chesty from. Actually Cocatoos have a lot of this, and my daughter puffs up in their presence.
