I have a shih tzu with very bent front legs causeing her feet to turn outwards. She walks and runs fine but will she have problems later on? Is there anything that I can do to make things better and is there anything that would make it worse?

Sorry guest there are several things it could be, some of which could cause trouble in the future. Your best approach is to talk to your vet who should be able to tell you the full story. If we can help you further you will need to register in order to post more info such as the age of the dog, how long it has been like it and at what point in the leg the bend appears to occur
