I am looking to get a Bitch Rotty Pup, that will be available about the middle of Feb 2002.
I would need to see both parents.
The dog would not be for breeding or showing, just purely for companionship.
Both parents would need to display a good temperament.

I live in Suffolk, but would travel to view.

My e-mail is martinh47@aol.com

Thank you.

I would suggest you contact one of The Breed clubs (KC have details) as these breeders being active in the breed are more likely to be the ones who are Hip Scoring Eye testing, and be experienced in the breed, or learnign from being members. Check Health Screening results!

It is more often likely that both parents will not live in the same breeders home. when you are trying to find the best dog for your bitch they may be a long way apart, but most reputable Stud owners will be sympathetic to someone wanting to see the dog. My last litters sire lives in Cheshire, and I am in Bristol.

I would be a little careful if the breeder has both parents. Try to find out why the home owned Stud was used, because he really was the best mate for that bitch, or beacause it was convienient, cheapoer, or even an accident!
