Our 4 month old Westie bitch puppy's ears show no signs yet of going into an upright position; they both flop down around her head. Are we worrying about this too early or is there still time for them to perk up? Is there anything we can or should be doing to help her get 'proper' Westie ears?

Both parent's ears are absolutely fine and we know that one other pup from the same litter has ears up but another one has ears down.
