I have a rott that was giving to me. he was about 9 mo. old then and is 20 mo old now. I don't have any papers for him but would like to. Is there any way he could be tested to see if he is in fact a pure breed? If anyone has an answer please email me @ rawdawg169@yahoo.com thank you

You should be able to tell if he is a pedigree just by looking at him, you don't need any testing to prove it. In order to get papers, get in touch with the people you had him from, you will at least need to know the dogs date of birth and the name of the breeder, then, with a bit of luck the kennel club may be able to help you.
