I think it's high time the ghastly yellow banner is taken down. Can't it be changed to a yellow border, if it has to be there?

its a really bad choice of colour. reminds me of the cut price stickers in asda on sad nearly out of date stuff

I don't like it but I would say that the choice of colour scheme is one that helps partially sighted read more easily. No idea if that was considered
