Uuurgh, registered litter online Saturday, Monday received 2 emails confirming registration was successful and yesterday another saying paperwork being processed into posted out and allow 10 days for it to arrive, excellent I thought, very painless & happy days. 

Logged on yesterday to check my account and it was showing 2 litters registered, all puppies correct on first registration and on the second only 1 puppy, a repeat including name of the first ... checked a bit further and it said the birthday was 01Jan0001 so I called up.

KC admitted they had done an admin error with someone new but couldn't delete the repeat registration completely so would always show on my account and but anyone else looking at me would only see the original litter, correct number of puppies and names, which a friend has checked and all seems OK.  

Since my telephone call I went back into my account to advertise the litter but now the first registration is only showing with 1 less puppy and registration 2 has the "missing" puppy and of course it was 16:15 so lines were closed.  Surely if I confirm to advertise it will now only bring up the puppies in that registration (ie 1 less than was born as he is now ont he 2nd registration)  and I'm really annoyed with myself I didn't screenshot everything when I first called. 

Now sitting here waiting until lines open at 9 to hopefully get sorted but jeeeez, what a palaver   - anyone know what I need to ask for or how this gets sorted ?
