My friend has had a litter of pups and 1 of them is pooing itself they are 2 days old, had anyone seen this before as I’ve never, she said a few times there’s poo in the box and she can tell which pup it’s from.

I would imagine mum is stimulating him to go and his reaction being slightly delayed, sometimes when they stimulate to pee they will poo a bit after - I’ve had that a few times and mum hasn’t seen the poo or has got up for a break by the time the pup has gone. As long as the pup is actually going then I wouldn’t worry…it’s when pups aren’t going that’s worrying :)
