2 doodles anyone help

You can't guarantee anything with crossbreeds, whether it is coat or size or character or health. That makes it difficult to find exactly what you want, it would be easier to either get a Labrador or if you want a bigger dog, find another breed with the characteristics you want. As most people who crossbreed from Poodles seem to do it because they want the Poodle coat I would guess that smooth coated pups are not something those breeders aim for? You could check with rescues, sadly so many people who bought pups during lockdown are now wanting new homes for them.

It's not just improving the breed without the correct health tests of both breeds you don't know if u are breeding a dog who may well inherit serious health issues . Also not just one generations health but those before
That all beings said there is a group who purport to be breeding for health .I am not a fan of any crossbreed breed deliberately but at least do it sensibly or better still choose a purebred as goldmali suggests .

Why not just get a labrador?  Then you know exactly what sort of coat you'll get.  Crosses are gambles.
