Does anyone know if the kennel club are still behind on updating their records, and if so how far back roughly they are? My girl had her eyes tested back in November and they’re still not coming up online. I’ve got her paper work of course but a bit of a pain as I encourage potential buyers to look my details up on the kc website as well.
Just wondering if there are other people who are in the same boat?

Eye tests are often not put on for some reason

If you email a photo or scan of the eye test certificate to them they do get them online quite fast, otherwise they can take months if they even go on. This is the email address: HBS.Mailbox@thekennelclub.org.uk

Find it odd they don’t put them up anymore, all the eye tests my other girls have had before are on the website - although hadn’t had any of mine tested for a few years prior to testing this girl.

Often vets don't send them in until they have a batch.

So scanning a copy to KC gets them updated.

I have just emailed a copy of a BVA eye certificate of a stud dog that I have used, he was tested in December last year 2020 and the results were not showing online!
I sent a nice message with the attachment requesting help. The online results were  showing within 24/48 hours.
