After taking my cocker spaniel puppy to groomers today she said she's got lip fold dermatitis
Explains the smell over the last few days
I've been recommended hibiscrub, leucillin and colloidal silver
Any advice please

Have you thought to try neet Johnson's Baby Shampoo applied with a Q-tip.   We had a bout of this in a litter (young) - identified as a staph infection and our then vet, out in Canada, recommended this.

Hibiscrub would be ok too.

Actually corsodil/chlorohexidine mouthwash might be better (check it doesn't have xylitol). It's basically Hibiscrup in an oral formulation. The normal hibiscrub for cleansing lathers.
