Sorry to be dim, I have a vague recollection of someone posting about owners having to send their own dogs annual eye test result to the KC, with an email address. I have put this off since January, but really need to update her ladyship’s profile. Could someone please remind me of the email address please? I remember you have to attach a copy of the form.
