my stafie doesn't like to be alone at any time. e.g. The other night she was lay on her dog bed, in my room when suddenly she got up, lept onto my bed and curled up to me.
is this normal behaivour?

Hi Guest
Staffies are such people lovers they never want to be alone, and where would you rather be on the dog bed alone or snuggled up on the bed ?:d quite normal for any breed..if youre ok with it dont worry.I have two GSDS on my bed at night..sometimes I feel like getting on the dog bed :)

Hi
How old is your Staffy and how long have you had her?
We have a Staffy pup ( now 4 and half months) and i must admit he sleeps upsatirs with us anyway . He doesnt like being left but gradually we are trying to make the time he is left slightly longer .
He used to cry when he knew we were going out but he is getting much better and will stay on his bed or sofa when we leave without any fretting now .
He is never left for more than two hours anyway ( and that is not everyday ) but it is important to get your dog used to being alone .
As Tracey says Staffys are such big softies with people and they love company but dont make her TOO used to spending every minute with you .
How is she when you go out ( say to work or the shops etc )
Dont worry about her being on the bed ( if you are happy with this) as mentioned , its perfectly normal for ANY dog to want to be warm and comfortable
:)
