My Mother is a very spry 81 year old who loves animals. I live in the USA - i am an owner of a pekingese and have been an owner for the last 20 years. My Mother is alone and I think a pekingese would be a wonderful companion for her. She would have a little yard (completely gated) and I know this little puppy would be thoroughly spoiled. If something should happen to my Mother I have promised her that I would take the dog back with me to the US. I have been in touch with the US regarding importation laws for dogs coming from the US. Apparently with a clean bill of health from the vet plus a rabbis vaccination there will not be any problems. Please advise where I can get in touch with a pekingese breeder.
