Try the relevant Breed Club.    You may, however, have to travel.  You will have to wait.   Please don't get so frustrated about availability that you end up buying into the hugely inflated prices being asked by BYBs at the moment.

You might contact one of those listed under Breeders on this website - even if they don't have a litter at the moment, but have stud dogs, they may be able to refer you to somebody who has recently used their studs.

Looking under Stud Dogs (Rotties) on this website, there are a couple of breeders in Bristol.   I know nothing about either, but they might be worth approaching?

All I will say is do your homework and make sure both parents are hip and elbow scored, tested for jlpp and lemp.
It is also advised to test for NAD and DM.
Many will heart and eye test too.
You want at least one parent clear for the JLPP, LEMP, NAD and DM, these are DNA tests.
