We are from Holbeach and lucky enough to have 2 Golden Labradors, they love going to the local marsh and getting a little messy... We have decided to look into adding a GWP to the family but are in no particular rush, I have been messaging breeders with an introduction and a request to let me know if they are planning any litters but only one from around a dozen has responded. I this normal or just a sign of the strange time we seem to be living in at the moment, I would have thought they would reply in some way. Anyway take care from us at Holbeach.

Yes I am afraid its a.sign of the difficulties we are all.facing .breeders are being inundated with requests and just can't keep up.so many dont reply I am.afraid.
Dont give up but be prepared to wait possibly a long time . Prices are very high still and many of the good breeders have postponed plans for.now.
In the meantime have a look at the breeder section here and try and make.contact with a breeder u like and get on their waiting list

just a little suggestion , when you contact breeders, if you are telling them a little about yourself, don't talk about 'golden labradors' there are Yellow Labs or Golden Retrievers - gives a better impresion of your dog knowledge.
