
I only had one who, after 2 matings, 2 days apart, went back to bleeding to the normal end of the season. At the time, and she was well otherwise, I just thought maybe she's not taken. She had an uneventful pregnancy and gave me 9 of probably the best puppies we'd ever bred. So good we kept one of the 5 males and two of the 4 bitches and they all came back with our others, from where they were born, to the UK. One taking her UK title too.
Of course I considered a pyo but as said, she was well and happy. And so was I at the end of the pregnancy, even if she had a C.Secton - on Christmas Eve with sheet ice on the ground! The was a very special Christmas however.
If you feel this is reason for concern, with your girl, see your vet. And it might be worth collecting some urine and having it tested?
ps That scar certainly looks more like a C.Section scar (not a hernia - too big).
