I have a 3 week old pup who has been congested since 5 days old.so far pup has had synulox,2 antibiotic injections and also bisolvon.The last vet visit was a few days ago and i was told its all upper,not in the chest and simply to steam treat which ive done but makes no difference.There is no cleft palate,pup is gaining weight daily and full of life normal temp and has always fed from mum,has not had to be supplemented.Smaller than the others but by no means what some would say the runt of the litter.I also use a small device used for newborn babies to suck the snot out the nose several times a day but still sounds so raspy and congested and im running out of ideas.Is there anything else i can be doing to get rid of the congestion? Any advice appreciated,thank you.

Could he be intolerant to mums milk? I’d start to wean him and maybe try goats milk.

He could have pinched nostrils which obviously wouldn't help.
All you can do is keep going.
