I think my dog is having a miscarriage. She is 5 weeks pregnant. She has been leaking vaginal fluid. Started last night at 7pm clear puddles then today its brownish accompanied by clear vomit and diarrhea. Vet opens at 830am but I'm so nervous.

hopefully u will have seen a vet by now who and has confirmed what needs to be done .

Usually at around 5 weeks they would reabsorb rather than miscarry. Has she been scanned to confirm pregnancy? I would be wanting her checked out at the vets to ensure this is not pyo

Again I'd say not a miscarriage.   We had one who by 5+ weeks was starting to look quite portly but she didn't increase in size at all and finally only had one puppy.   She had no nasty discharge however.   Even more I'd get her checked in case this is a pyo.

She is at the hospital now I can't go in with her due
to  covid. I'm waiting to hear from the ER vet soon.

Sadly my girl did not survive. My heart is broken. She was diagnosed with pyometra and was to far to save her. Thank you all for your help and concern.
