I think it post-dates a star system. As I remember anyway. Long serving members were allocated stars -by reason of being long serving/suffering members.

No, not the upvotes, but if you look on any page on champdogs, there's an fb like button

I can't see them!!  But I have noticed an annual price of a puppy on the breed page, it may have been there a while and I've not noticed lol

Neither can I. Maybe it depends what is used, tablets, phone, PC, MAC

At the bottom of this page you can see the symbols for social media, and when you go over to the breeding section, there are like buttons at the bottom left

That's been there a while the price thing, not sure if it's permanent.

I am on android phone and yes u have all the symbols which would take me to twitter fb etc but can't find any like button . The symbols are right at the bottom of the page just about t and c

Found it ! If u use the desktop version to look for breeders it is on the bottom of the far left column  under the menu .
It isn't on the mobile version of.the breeder section

Went to the breeders section and on the left hand side about midway down, there is a list of the social media sites. Clicked on Facebook and nothing happens, the wording just turns grey

It goes straight to fb on my phone and asks me to login to fb

The FB icon just takes me to..... facebook which I do not contribute to.   I have been upvoting, or not, for as long as I've been around here however.   The icons, for me, just seem to be FB, Twitter, Print, Email and a 'Swiss' cross which says More?

It's not the links to the social media pages, it is an actual like button, but it only seems to appear on some pages.
