Vets seem very quick to solve the problem nowadays.
Have you noticed. No therapy no answers.

No I'd say it is the exact opposite. Test, treat, try everything under the sun, sadly sometimes when it would be far kinder to just pts.

Definitely not; in fact quite the opposite. Some less reputable vets will encourage an owner to agree to more procedures than are justified, just because they can. Putting to sleep is usually only suggested when there are no humane alternatives.

Not at all.  My 12yo was gravely ill back in February, and I had to do an emergency trip with her.  I knew in my heart she wasn't coming home and I was actually pushing the vet to say it out loud for my sake, to articulate what we were both thinking, but she just wouldn't.  Really reluctant to and she still gave options when I asked for them.

Is this because of behavioural issues. Even the franchise vets will usually try some behavioural referral before PTS.
