I mated my bitch on day 17 and again day 19,, 26th and 28th April,,,,tied both times,,,,, she is showing all the signs,, nesting, enlarged teats with milk,, but not really all that big,, but still no pups,, I have read that in especially bigger breads that they can go to day 72
I have beeen in touch with vet
Any advice please,,, I am not on here for abuse

has she been scanned to confirm she is pregnant?

Hi everyone I’m new here, I took my beautiful girl for a scan today she is 29 days since mating. She has been showing all the signs her nipples were getting a little bigger and pinker, she has been sleepy and also sick 4 times which isn’t like her as she a very lively breed and is never sick. Now because of corona I wasn’t allowed in the building they took her from me at the door she was in there for 5 mins if that and they brought her out and said no puppies! I’m not convinced at all as obviously I wasn’t there and there’s no way my girl would just lie there or even stand still that quickly to be scanned properly in that time. Has anyone had negative scans and gone onto have pups? Thankyou x
