As said, a Not for Export endorsement means that an Export Cert./pedigree won't be issued which in turn, means that dog(s) can't be registered with the Kennel Club of the new country of residence. Which doesn't really matter UNLESS you want to show/breed in the new country and be able to register any puppies born in the new country. Whether or not there's another endorsement like Progeny not Eligible for Registration. If the dog can't be registered with the new KC because there's no Export pedigree, that's it.
Not for Export shows intent - it doesn't stop any dog from actually being exported - just as with Prog. not eligible for Registration doesn't stop the dog/bitch from being bred from - it just means the offspring can't be registered with the KC of the new country.
The two endorsements are separate.
1234 - if by chance the breeders you intend to import from endorse that pup (why would they?), without the necessary paperwork you are stuffed re registering it here in the UK or registering any offspring here in the UK for that matter. I don't think there's any difference whichever direction a dog goes, import or export. Ask the UK KC!!!!
