Does anyone know whether the core vaccines can be given separately if requested i.e. if you have a titer and a negative result for parvo only.   Will ask my vet but just wondering whether anyone has experience.

It very much depends on what your vet stocks or is able to get in, but usually no - they will want to give at least DHP again.

Parvo is available as an individual vaccine but it's unlikely your vet will want to buy in 10 vials just so you can have one! You'll undoubtedly be offered a dose of DHP. Other han lepto I don't think any of the others are available separately.

Thanks for those comments.  Always good to be armed with as much info as possible.  It will be my first ever titer experience (later this year) and will be very interested in the results.

If it's parvo then it can be given separately. Vets often offer a 3rd parvo-only vaccination which can be given to puppies at 16 weeks so it's something they'll have in stock. As for the others, I would think it's very unlikely.

As a small independent practice it's not something we keep in stock.
