There are only two litters listed here at the moment, but if you go to Cav -Breeders you'll see there are any number in the SE, even if you have to get on a list and wait. Please be careful to locate a GOOD breeder, best via the relevant Breed Club as their Codes of Ethics should rule out BYBs. I'm sure you know but always meet the breeders, face to face, see where they rear their puppies and see mum with her puppies although they may have used an outside stud dog. They should still be able to show you a photo of him. Even if they don't have a litter at the moment, the bigger breeders may have stud dogs used by others, so know where there might be a litter expected. You should also know that even if a litter/breeder is advertised on the Kennel Club lists, it's not a guarantee the people are good breeders - they only have to pay a fee and register their litter, to be on there. I had to go on their list once but found myself listed with people I knew were Puppy Farmers ..... never again! Good luck.
Thank you so much I have found the list of Cavalier breeders and have messaged nearly everyone in England !!
I have also added my name to the Cavalier Rescue.
So fingers crossed I should have a little bundle of joy again soon.
My little boy sadly very suddenly past away recently through what I can only describe as Bloat,he had a heart condition and I had been battling to keep his fluid levels low for most of the year,he was on Libeo tablets and I did increase the dosage,he had been fine,we spent a lovely day together, went out for a walk, went to visit my daughter,he was happy and running around but all of a sudden his tongue went blue, and he showed signs of struggling to breathe, his back legs started to collapse,he was still reasonably happy but clearly struggling and gagging,I phoned the vet who said get him here asap which I tried to do but sadly he didn't make it that far so as you can imagine I am heart broken,he was the second cavalier that I have had and they are the most amazing dogs ever,I am grieving I am in shock but do you know that little boy bought me the happiest years of my life and I am so grateful to him for that,I feel so incomplete as my boy was my world and before that my little girl so I need to feel complete again,I'm not replacing because I know every dog is different I just need the love of a dog to keep me going,so thank you for your help.
