Helo everyone. Need some more advice for m lab pup George. He is now coming up to 5 months old and we thought he had stopped eating his own poo, we have now discovered he not only eats his own but every other animals as well ranging from dogs to horses !!! Any advice would be appreciated. Is this normal !!!!

I'm sure that the regulars will give u this advice anyway - theres loads of thread about this, so try searching for them :)

Theres an active one at the moment entitled something like 'Deter or Forbid (poo eating) try that. DOnt know how to link i'm afraid, but maybe someone will help out :)

most people these days don't paper train their pups since it can delay house training.If you tried to house train him without the use of paper it might be easier to stop him from eating his own faeces since to wouldn't be 'available' to him indoors and when he went outside you could clean it up immediately.
