Hi I wounder if anyone can help me. I have a staffy, shes 14in. When she had her first litter it took some time for the first pup to come out and when he did he was dead, the next 3 came out fine. The 5th pup was stuck and she had to have an emergency c-section. This was 2 years ago. She is with puppies right now but will she be ok to deliver then herself or will she need help? I'm a little anxious right now as what to do for the best. Any help on this topic would be much appreciated

I never, ever breed from a bitch after she's had a section.  Too much chance of  having to put her through major surgery a second time.

I would be anxious, and keeping a close eye on her, was this a planned mating?

I never took another litter from a 'Sectioned bitch.  There's no telling whether she's going to be able to produce her new litter unaided I'm afraid.   I had one with a delayed 'Section (NOT of my making) and didn't put her in whelp again.    I let her have one season after that disaster, and then had her spayed.   My vet found one horn of the uterus was paper thin and said it would have been virtually impossible for her to have carried another litter.   Most probably more to do with the delayed 'Section though.
