
Again I never set much score re the temperature which will fluctuate. It's when it drops and stays down, that you should be expecting to see labour begin within 24 - 48 hours. Knowing mine would go to inertia, usually secondary (ie labour starts but doesn't progress), I involved my vet if mine went more than 2 days over from the first mating and definitely if mine were clearly in trouble. You could speak to your vet (maybe should?) but he'll probably tell you to wait a bit longer.
