hello, can you advice me on what dog food to feed my 16 week old rotty pup, she had been on pedigree chum puppy advance with chicken breast added and i have been advised by my vet not to give her any chicken at all just the puppy advance food on its own as it could harm her in later life is this true?? The breeder even advised us to feed her minced chicken when we collected her at 8 weeks old.

Hi Guest , Pedigree Advance is a complete meal in itself ..and doesn't NEED anything added to it . Some people (myself included) have , at times , added a little bit of something tasty to encourage their dog to eat ....but NOT as a regular thing.

Possibly you could check back with your breeder ?
