My Aussie Bulldog had a cesarean on Saturday today is day 4 she’s still not eating much at all, some puppies are gaining weight nicely where as others are putting on little to no weight. I’ve changed the mum over to a wet diet however she’s still not eating very much at all, any advice appreciated

As she had a C.Section you should be able to assume the vet cleared out everything?  As long as the puppies are feeding the quiet after a feed, and most are gaining weight, you may just have to offer her easily digested food, including scrambled egg, perhaps even good old tinned Chappie!!  She has to get over the surgery as well as 'motherhood'.  So it may take a few days before she starts to recover.   How does the incision look - are you able to keep an eye on it in case the puppies disturb the stitches.   Have you nipped off the pointy tips of the nails so they are less likely to catch the stitches?

Obviously you need to check her temperature, in case she has infection there.
