I'm just getting ready for my girls whelping and  it's been a few years since I had a litter.  Last time I added Dopram V and Nutridrops to my whelping kit (although never used them)  I can't seem to find Dopram V, is there any alternative?  I also came across puppy stim - does anyone know how that compares?  Thank you for your advice and any other suggestions for the whelping kit would be much appreciated.

I used puppy stim recently for a pup of mine who was weak and struggled to latch on and suck when he was just born, it made a massive difference to him and shortly after being given it he was feeding well. I wouldn’t hesitate you use it again. Doesn’t do the job that Dopram v can though.

You might just have answered your own question awhile back on here there was a post on people looking for Dopram v , if anyone had some unused or knew where they could get some the consensus was no one had any and non of the o line chemists had any in stock you might just have to use puppy stim

Thanks - yes, I saw my vet today who said Dopram V was no longer available.  I don't think there is anything similar available, although didn't have to use it last time.
