Anyone been on this food, my 4.5 month old puppy is on Simpsons salmon and potato sensitive but has been having very soft stools, just wondered if anyone has had the same problem.
Thanks in advance.

No but if you read the comments on the website I buy my food from (Arden Grange, not this one) it appears to be good.  But you do realise that not all dog food suits all dogs.   If you have been able to rule out all internal parasites, then yes, you do need to look to diet.

My youngest was on the exact same food as a puppy and was fine, but as has been said, all dogs differ and what suits one won’t be right for another.

I used Simpsons Salmon and Potato Puppy Sensitive when my Irish Setter puppy was younger. He didn't have the soft stool problem you describe. It suited him very well and in fact he is now on the Salmon and Potato Adult Sensitive. My older two are on Burgess Supadog Lamb and Rice Sensitive and doing well so I tried to switch the youngster to that but it gave him a runny bum so he's back on the Simpsons again. So when he's happy, I'm happy.

Not fed Simpsons but my puppy has been on this salmon and potato kibble for the last 11 months and has done very well on it. I am pleased with what he passes and it is well formed and easy to pick up.

We sell tons of this food at work, I’ve used it now and then too, I like the salmon and potato puppy food, think it’s good stuff. If you want to talk to someone about the food and any tweaks that might help just message me and I’ll pass you the number to speak to a lovely chap about it :) he knows his stuff.
