My girl is hopefully about one week pregnant and has a bit of a tummy upset (vomited a few times and loose stools). Trying to find something natural to help soothe the irritated GI tract after fasting her for 12 hours. Have canned pumpkin on hand but was wondering about raw goat milk? I know we stay away from extra calcium during pregnancy, but was thinking offering a small amount for the high digestibility and probiotic benefit for a short time at this early stage wouldn’t hurt. Thoughts?
I would not give her raw goat milk. I would use the canned pumpkin or powdered pumpkin like Firm Up in the US, plus some probiotics like FortiFlora or similar. I'd feed her a much reduced amount for a day or so. You could also add some slippery elm.

I have always had good results using Onken natural set bio yogurt, or similar
Live Yogurt. If stools are very liquid/projectile, up to a large pot a day, otherwise about a third of a pot daily for about three days had them right.
Update - managed to get the diarrhea under control by feeding a 50/50 mix of boiled potatoes and sweet potatoes with a small amount of cooked chicken and some probiotic powder mixed in. She ate this readily in small meals yesterday. However she vomited twice again this morning, initially just liquid from empty stomach then a little bit of chicken from breakfast. A breeder friend has suggested plain bread soaked in a little goat milk to help soothe the stomach and I am wondering about a ginger biscuit to help with nausea. Any other suggestions? She otherwise seems fine, no fever, bright and happy to go for a walk.

I wouldn't add bread but stick to the sweet potato/chicken mix. You can also bake pumpkin or butternut squash and add this to the mix. Mine love this.
I'd also add a good dollop of yoghurt as brainless has suggested. Good luck.

Yes, continued on with the veg mix and cooked chicken, then re-introduced small kibble meals over the weekend along with probiotic. She seems back to normal now, paws crossed!
