Please can anyone help my girl was looking pregnant but now I’m not sure she is keeping me guessing her tears look full and she seems less energetic she is supposed to be 8 weeks and she has had a litter before

Only way to know if shes pregnant is to get a scanner to come to you around day 28 to scan her. That will say if she is pregnant at that point

By 8 weeks you should be able to feel the pups moving.

I hate to suggest this but it is possible for a bitch to reabsorb some, if not all, her puppies.   We had one who was looking promising by 5 weeks, but after that, didn't get bigger as she should have.   Yes we saw 'puppies' moving at 7 weeks, but in the end, and after a C.Section as nothing happened by her due date, and being x-rayed, she had one bitch puppy.   I think there were probably more at one point.   She was a litter sister of my Ch. bitch and I always felt she was the more likely 'brood bitch material'.    In fact she had 2 puppies in her first litter, and just the one in her second.   Her Ch. sister should have had 9 puppies but as reported here before, after a total mess on the part of our then vet, only had 4 survivors.
