???? Your bitch has different coloured eyes & you want to breed from her ? What does the breed standard state?

E.G. a KC reg blue merle BC might have different coloured eyes that is allowed in the breed standard. A GSD with a blue eye isn't allowed for in the standard & shouldn't be bred from.

Please do NOT mention the breed as this forum does not allow this in posts about breeding

That would depend on whether this is allowed in the relevant Breed Standard.    Only top quality animals should be included in a breeding programme - breeding dogs with known faults will only come out to hit you at some point further into your breeding programme.   All dogs have faults of course, but the aim should always be to breed only from those who are as 'fault-free' as possible.   And if there is a known fault (dominant) then it's best not to breed from them - depending on how serious is the fault!   It's bad enough trying to avoid recessives, never mind dominant faults

It depends on the breed, but if it's a dalmatian then no, you certainly shouldn't breed from her. One or two blue eyes in a dalmatian is a very serious fault as it carries a much greater risk of the animal itself, and any of its offspring, being deaf.
