The dress code for showing a dog seems to vary alot between breeds, don't you think. Personally I like to dress well for Champ shows generally, but I can spend six months deciding on, and putting together my Crufts outfit. Who else does this, and what will you wear for Crufts? I'm in a Prince of Wales check trouser suit this year, OMG, sad or what!!!
No chance of getting on telly I hasten to add.

I also like to dress accordingly at champ shows :) And It's my first time showing at Crufts :)
And Ive bought a new grey suit with a hint of green, to complement my malamute. :D I dont think you can over do it, as you say Its Crufts. :) lol god i'm sad too. :)
But at the end of the day, it's what YOU feel comfortable with :)

I've got a Slate Grey/Blue Suit which I wear with a bright turquoise top underneath. I like to be smart and wear the same to all the Shows that I do whether Champ or Open. You will notice that a lot of the more seasoned show people will wear the same type of outfit.
Dessie :D :D
I agree...I always wear the same outfit to Champ shows.
I wear beige cords and a beige cord jacket with a golf type jumper underneath...to compliment my Liver Curly.
...it's kind of smart casual as I wear what you would probably class as trainers with them ( beige also )...but not your normal Nike trainers I hasten to add...!!!
I don't like to overdo it...as Curlies are not the most glamorous of the Gundog Group....but I love them all the same :D

Thanks Melody, my life saver. I have renamed the baby, Jordan Jaundice as he is a touch on the Yellow side due to being so fat and born so quickly :D He is asleep right now so I made a break for the laptop. I will also be wearing my rubber ring for crufts ;)

ROTFL ...and I was good and didn't say ANYTHING in my "Naomi News" post about rubber rings :D
You never know chuck ...might start a new fashion ;)
