hello guys, my dog didn't show any early signs of coming into heat but today I noticed blood is coming out of her vulgar while the vulver appear normal I mean no sweling and not changes in her behaviour, could this be she is in heat or it might be any other condition that needs urgent attention? her last heat was last year september,please i need your help,Thanks.

That is a 5 month gap so definitely long enough for her to be in season again.

If this is red blood without any smell then she is almost certainly in season, swelling of the vulva usually takes a few days to develop.
