My singleton pup was 3 weeks yesterday. Things all going well as for first couple of weeks Mum doing most of the work as you would expect.
The only time I saw any poo was when I wormed him. Also something I expect if Mum looking after him properly. At some point Mum appeared
almost to be frightened of going in with him and I have been encouraging her by sitting in with her but I have also been supplementing as without
forcing her into it I have had to help.
He is a big strong puppy but it worries me I have not seen any poo lately. When he sleeps, he often sleeps soundly but also at times has a low sort
of sighing noise. Now I know that normally, I would have a pile of pups and they would be pushing each other about and probably making that sort of noise
but as he is on his own, I am now getting
paranoid. Any thoughts. I know they say that you often do not see any until they are on proper  food but surely I ought to have seen some more by now???

Pretty much with my pups until they start going outdoors Mum gets to the poo before I do.

When I give then their meals and shut Mum out I will sometimes get to poos before she gets back, but otherwise Mum is a stickler for keeping their pen clean.  Mine are over 4 weeks now and a full litter so I get to pick up about half a dozen poos a day, and Mum gets the rest, yuk.

With a singleton I expect she manages to toilet him before you get a chance to see anything.

Yay - 4 poos this morning so far.
Comes to something when you get so pleased to see a puppy do this on their own!!!
