If she's having false pregnancies AND she has given you a litter already, I'd get her spayed now. False pregnancies would suggest her hormones are out of whack which may be influencing whether or not she conceives again.
crispus, I think we'd probably need more info. Like: Did you do any progesterone testing, when what days, what were the results? How many times was she bred, what days, did she tie? Have you used the same stud both times? And so on - loads more info needed...

So a 3 year old bitch has had 2 litters & has missed twice....hmmm. Sounds to me like she needs spaying...

It could be she wasnt maited at the right time, bitches seasons can be different, when she ovulated one season may not happen at the same time in the next season. Progesterone testing will determine the right time to breed.
It could also be she is getting pregnant but then losing the litter, this could be something hormonal, if she fails to matain the progesterone level she will reabsorbe. You can have her progesterone tested day 19/21. It could also be something like canine herpes. Have you used the herpes vaccination with her?
What ages was she when she was bred with the last two litters?
Watch her for pyo, a friend's bitch who had two litters fine then kept missing had pyo on their last season.
crispus, there are any number of things it could be and if you're not even progesterone testing to determine the right time to breed (I think you said it was too expensive the last time you posted here), then you're never going to know what the reason is.
Poor timing is the number one reason bitches fail to get pregnant. Many of them will stand throughout their entire season, so just because she was willing from days 10-15, doesn't mean that is when she is fertile. She could be fertile as early as day 5 or as late as day 21 or later. Forum members have had bitches bred on days like these of a cycle! If you're not progesterone testing, you won't know.
If you can't afford progesterone testing, frankly I don't think you should be breeding at all because the costs involved if something goes wrong during whelping or if a c section is needed, are far higher than a couple of progesterone tests. And I agree with the others, if she is 3 yrs old and has already had 2 litters, it sounds like you are breeding her too intensively, or in back to back cycles, or she had her first litter under the age of 1 - any of which are not recommended and are poor breeding practices.
Put your bitch first and spay her and don't breed if you can't afford the costs incurred with whelping....
If it helps I have a girl who has phantoms and had 3 successful litters ( a large litter first and then 2 small litters over ). She did not have the first litter until she was 2.5 years though and her last at not quite 6 years old) She never carried toys or seemed bothered but did produce milk)
I have her 2.5 year old daughter from her 2nd litter and she has never shown any sign of a phantom although one of her litter sisters did.
I can't see that having phantoms would be the issue but in my breed it is suggested 2.5 years for first litter. I suppose it depends on the size of the breed.
when can i have her progesteron test done,i mean can i still do it now since she is not pregnant/heat or should i just wait for her next heat cycle before i do the test?

You really do need to try and learn a lot more about breeding Crispus if you don't know that progesterone testing is done during a season to find the right day to mate. I am sorry but you owe it to your dogs to learn all you can. If as you say you do not have a lot of money and have limited access to a vet it is time to question what would happen in an emergency with a labouring bitch.
Use the internet if it's all that is available to you to read all you can before you next try to mate her.
Tray and find an experienced breeder to help you.
Breeding can be tragic if things go wrong and you are not prepared.
Please continue to ask questions on here but try to improve your own knowledge too. None of us knows everything and we are all continually learning. We owe it to our dogs to never stop trying to do the best for them.
i really appreciate you all for yout contribution, the bitch in question i purchase from a well known friend if mine and i know the dog history from puppy, though this bitch is my first dog ever owned by me so which explained why am a novice in this breeding stuff and my first experience i gained concerning breeding i owe it to you guys here you re really helpful to me,i will take ya'll advice and do everything i can for my buich especially the aspect of learning more about breeding,i thank you for you candid advice, opinion and experience in enlightening me,i will always revert to you for more experience and help.thank you all once again.
