The listing states 'very little use', if you feel this is wrong you need to open an ebay 'item not as described' case, the seller will have to send you a tracked return label and refund you, if they do not do this voluntarily then ebay will step in and send you a label, refund you from the sellers account and then give them a 'defect' on their selling acct.
All this only applies through an ebay 'not as described' case which you MUST open.
