Just had my passes today, and no mention of eye tests or microchipping. Anyone remember if the telephone numbers for this come with the other bumf , or are they not doing it this year?

Yes, they're certainly a lot meaner than they used to be. I can remember being weighed down with so many freebies from Pedigree Chum that we just about blocked the tube from Earl's Court.

I still haven't got my envelope with these details in and as the phone number comes into operation tomorrow, I think it's pretty dreadful that all exhibitors do not have their information by now. Only 1 person I know has received this envelope. :(

I haven't got mine either yet. Luckily I did phone to make an appointment, but it is a poor show.

i think the number came into operation last monday
I have managed to book 1 in for chipping and 1 in for eye tests
and this was only through the kind person who put the details on this site.
I have complained to the KC and they are not aware of any problems
so ring them and let them know
after all the cost if Crufts it is nice to get a few vouchers
Please everyone give them a ring and make them aware.

I only received the flyers today, but nothing about eye testing only microchipping. I e-mailed the kennel club earlier this week to ask if they were still doing it, they e-mailed me back with a phone number but didn't say what days & times the lines were open. I e-mailed back but haven't got a reply so I think I have missed out again.

Mine came today - the 28th - if they went out alphabetically I should have received them ages ago. Luckily I had already phoned up about the microchipping, but guess most of the best slots are taken by now.

I see they're surruptitiously charging this year - didn't realise before
