Could anyone please tell me whether there is a small-type Labrador. I want one of a small build with a small head. Does anyone know of any breeders of this type please?

There should only be one type of any dog, the "right" type. In Labradors however there is a distinct difference between show and working types. Show types tend to be stockier and heavier built and the working dogs are more lightly built and athletic looking. Think about what you want carefully and visit people who have working dogs and who have show dogs, then you will see which is right for you. Good luck !!
