Hi my bitch is on day 61 and I have noticed that her boobs are huge but she barley has any milk is this normal or is it something to worry about

Normal.
At the start you/the pups do not want much milk...too much & there is the risk of mastitis.

Absolutely normal. The real milk doesn't usually come in until the second or third day - prior to that it's just colostrum, in quite small amounts, so as not to overload the puppies' stomachs. Too much milk too soon risks mastitis in the bitch.

Aww okay thank you guys that calmed me down I was worried coz last time she had apot of it and this time there is like a drop or two when I go to check peww such a relief...  Also is it normal that the breasts are really warm.. I might seem really stupid but I never really had any of these problems with her last time her body temperature is normal 37.8 at the highest whenever check it x

Hot boobs are normal as long as there is no redness or tenderness/hard lumps, I don't recommend squeezing any milk out as this leaves the teat canal open and could possibly cause infection, she sounds just fine.

As said the last thing you need BEFORE whelping is a load of milk.   Newborn puppies, who will stimulate the milk coming down by suckling, don't NEED a ton of milk to begin with and if there is too much there, not only will they perhaps not be able to cope with it all, but mum could go to mastitis.   Don't worry - and don't 'milk' her - there's absolutely no need.   You might lay in a supply of Esbilac, Whelpie etc., just in case, but much as I always do this, I never had to use any.   And you can keep newborn puppies going with a warm water and glucose solution in any case.  Temporarily.    Goats milk is also another option as it's close in make-up to bitch milk.
