My girl is a small czech german shepherd and I am not sure what lines the boy is from he's your typical short haired, big bones, light stable straight back german shepherd, both dogs are straight back and have no health problems, they are both also working dogs. They are also both very quick learners and excell in anything I teach them.

:fat:If both have been hip and elbow scored,  with good results, DNA tested for Degenerative Myleopathy with at least one clear, and the male tested clearfor Haemophilia A, temperaments sound, then absolutely no reason why not.

Assuming of course your in a position to accept the responsibilities for the puppies for life, care for the litter and bitch until such time as suitable homes are found.

Of course both parents should be KC registered with no breeding restrictions.

It would be wise to consult your bitch and dogs breeders for their thoughts on their suitability for breeding

DEFINITELY!!   If you are new to this, I'd always talk to the breeder of the bitch (assuming they are experienced and reputable!) for advice re the best stud dog for the bitch.   I tended to 'linebreed' so I knew what I was likely to get, even if recessives can throw up the unexpected.   Outcrossing is okay but you may well get a mish-mash of types.   And from experience, although it's a good idea to go out occasionally, with outcrossing you can get the best of the best, but also the worst of the worst!   And then there's testing!!!
