Do you remember a couple of years ago there was some 'electrocution' 'trainer' (I use the term reluctantly) who advised them for everything

Why "reluctantly"?, I've put links up before your post, if you wish to illustrate your own illiteracy to others in the presence of said vids thats up to you, the world has always had its share of errrr, excentrics, hysterics & dunces

Lol -  "bombarded with links" you and me both.  They're (the links) not worth looking at as they're all 'home-made by HP.

Yes, my posts, my links, but, goat wants to know how to stop the barking..........what method do you put forward to goat to explain how she can stop the barking? as that is what this post is about..........let me guess, you don't have a clue what to suggest to her so instead you write troll posts to avoid telling her you do not have a clue what she's going to do........eh dear, FB trolls everywhere:eek:

The whole point of TENS is that it hurts. The pain of the TENS disrupts the pain signals of the contractions. Even on the lowest setting, if you're not in labour (they advise you practice pre labour so you know how to use it) it can be very uncomfortable, depending on how sensitive the skin you've stuck the pads to is. When in labour it provides relief by disrupting pain signals from the contractions with an alternative pain, increasing endorphin release ahead of contractions (more pain signals sent = more endorphins produced) and being a distracting sensation.

In places where TENS isn't available women are sometimes taught to "tap" their contractions out on their thighs, and the bruises usually remain for a fortnight - they tap so hard to "hear" the sensation over the pain of the contraction.
