Hi Guest
While he is so small I would set my alarm for 6:30 and see if he has already done it by then. If so, perhaps his last feed is too late. If not, let him out then and then add 15 minutes to the alarm time as he gets older.... he will learn to wait for you to come down.
My 6 month Great Dane puppy nearly knocks the door off his hinges if I am not down by 8:30 - not to go outside though, just to get me up!! :)

My lab pup stopped peeing at night when he was around 14 weeks old. To aid him training him though I set my clock to wake at 6.30 and took him outside to go to the toilet and praised him lavishly for going when I told him to...He is so good he now waits for me to come down until he goes and have only had one or two accidents which is not a problem as hes still a baby even at 4 months!
Try to wake up a bit earlier to allow him to relieve himself while he is still young. If you look at the size of the puddle he leaves...you'll see that as they grow bigger the pup is getting used to controlling his bladder more. Things should gradually get easier after that...but there still may be a pressie for you from time to time but don't worry about it.
