I have just transferred an adult dog MC on Petlog by post. It took about 10 days. I received a 'How to use Petlog' card, and a credit card sized plastic record for her no. & personal ID. I might have just got in before the rush though!

I had mine (adult) done by my vet but all they gave me was said slip of paper with the number on it.   It doesn't say which company they have used so I guess tomorrow I'll have to phone and ask what's going on.   They have my email etc. on their computer.

What good implanters do is register the chip on line & input an e mail address & automatically within hours the system sends a confirmation e mail with above info.

Not on not to register the chip for the client :eek:
