I think I have been had!  Last week I ordered some flea treatment from this internet company thinking it would arrive in a day or so.  Never arrived so I went on the website.  After a lot of searching I did find a phone number (although they say they only respond to messages) but it was just an answering system telling you to email. I have sent a message but looking at the terrible customer reviews I doubt I shall hear anything and can kiss goodbye to my money and no flea stuff!

Has anyone else come upon this company?:slim:

Vetuk was at Crufts. Maybe they are catching up with orders. They also have a Facebook page.

Hi Nursey

I have just had a look at their FB page.  Nice that they were at Crufts but there are loads of moaners (like me) without their orders and nobody to speak to.  Poor customer service!

On a similar vein, anyone know if Doreen Paige is still in existence? I ordered some items today ON-LINE, went straight through to Paypal and paid but never had option of address change or a confirmation e-mail from company, received one from paypal though. I know I'll be covered if nothing arrives but I really love their stuff. I did e-mail DP but never had a reply yet.

They seemed to be the only meds one at Crufts - very surprised that Vet-medic weren't they as they always used to have 4 or more stands in different halls.

I have used them in the past and had no issue. I think delivery was little slow if I remember right but items arrived just few days slower than I thought they would.

Flattiemum quite some time ago I had problems with a Doreen Paige order. It didn't arrive and I didn't hear anything, and when I phoned her she explained that they had been having problems of one sort or another. Definitely worth phoning.

I had a problem with them about a month ago. I ended up starting a paypal dispute for a refund and placed an order elsewhere. If you used paypal then I suggest you do the same.

I had a problem with them last year, they took a payment three times. They did refund the money when I contacted them but, as the payment was taken just after a bank statement, it was only after the next one that I realised there was a problem.

Hi Everyone,

We just wanted to check in quickly to let you know what is happening behind the scenes at VetUK.

We recently invested heavily in a bespoke, state of the art order processing and stock control system with the view to enhance both our customer experience and our delivery efficiency.
Unfortunately, as with many changes of this magnitude, we have experienced some unforeseen teething issues which have led to, in some cases, lengthy delays.

Please be assured that we are working through the orders that were caught in this initial migratory phase and that for the vast majority of our customers we are now back to normality.
For those customers who have yet to receive their orders, our team are working around the clock to minimise any further delays and progress your orders through the system.

If anybody has any  queries regarding their order, please contact our customer services team on info@vetuk.co.uk, who will be happy to help resolve any issues.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused during this time,
The VetUK Team
