We just wanted to check in quickly to let you know what is happening behind the scenes at VetUK.
We recently invested heavily in a bespoke, state of the art order processing and stock control system with the view to enhance both our customer experience and our delivery efficiency.
Unfortunately, as with many changes of this magnitude, we have experienced some unforeseen teething issues which have led to, in some cases, lengthy delays.
Please be assured that we are working through the orders that were caught in this initial migratory phase and that for the vast majority of our customers we are now back to normality.
For those customers who have yet to receive their orders, our team are working around the clock to minimise any further delays and progress your orders through the system.
