someone in a local selling page is advertising an 11 month bulldog bitch for sale. They are saying they didn't want the KC reg at time of buying as breeder was adding on 300 if they were registered. She is telling people if they want to buy the pup from her they can contact the original breeder and get the papers from them. Is this possible??

No,not that I'm aware of. Sounds a little dodgy as if he/she hasn't had endorsements lifted from her own breeder. Secondly maybe he/she brought an unregistered puppy and now unable to register their puppies
I believe it is possible to register a pup up until 12 months old, costs more though. Original breeder may not be willing to do this as you have to ask questions as to why they didn't do it in the first place for the sake of £15 per puppy.
[iThe fee for Assured Breeders registering a litter under the age of 12 months old is £14.00 for each puppy.
The Kennel Club may consider late registration of dogs over the age of 12 months, subject to a fee of £60.00 per dog. ]
