Can anyone help. there are 8 newborn Great Dane pups who have lost their Mum under anaesthetic so urgently seeking a 'foster mum' to help. Pups are in telford.

Have you been in touch with the Breed Club?   The owner of the stud dog?   The original breeder of mum.   How sad and I hope at least half the litter can be moved to perhaps a newly whelped bitch - the vet involved may know of one locally.

There's a FB page called Orphaned pups UK if that's of any help.

It was my Vet that called me to see if I knew anyone.  I believe they have contacted Breed Club and it is being shared on FB and Orphaned pups so hopefully someone can help

They managed to find a bitch with colostrum and are now hand rearing them

That's so sad, poor pups. I hope they manage to rear them successfully, but I suspect someone will be having some sleepless nights.
